About DialNexa

DialNexa is a voice AI agents platform built in India for building, deploying and monitoring AI phone agents that handle sales calls, lead qualification, collections, support and multilingual customer conversations. It is aimed at Indian enterprises serving domestic and global markets that need voice automation across many Indian and international languages.

A team creates an agent from scratch or a workflow template using a no-code drag-and-drop flow builder, publishes it, and attaches a dedicated phone line or embeds it as a web call. Once live, the agent can place or receive calls, call external APIs mid-conversation to check stock or book appointments, and hand off to a human agent in real time with full transcript and context when needed.

DialNexa understands intent and context rather than keywords, responding in under 300 milliseconds and retaining more than 15 minutes of call memory, and switches between Hindi and English mid-call to match how Indians speak. It supports 22 Indian languages and more than 70 languages overall, with voice cloning, real-time sentiment detection, and bi-directional sync to CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho. A full REST API with Python and Node.js SDKs lets developers manage agents programmatically.

Pricing is usage-based: a Pay As You Go plan at ₹5 per minute with no minimum commitment, a Growth plan at ₹4.2 per minute requiring a minimum of 1L rupees a month over a 6-month term, and an Enterprise plan at ₹2.5 to ₹3.5 per minute requiring a 5L-rupee monthly minimum over a 12-month contract. New accounts get ₹1,000 in free credits to test workflows, and a separate Pilot Launch Program offers a ₹1L-₹2.5L budget before committing to a full plan.

Frequently asked questions

How does concurrency work on each plan?
Concurrency is the number of live calls a workspace can run at once; Pay As You Go includes 2 (expandable to 20), and Growth includes 10 (expandable to 40).
Which countries are available on each plan?
Pay As You Go covers India, the US and 200+ countries; Growth adds Canada, Australia, Brazil, UK, Germany and more.
Can I switch plans after the pilot?
Yes, most customers start on Pay As You Go and move to Growth once volume stabilises, with no lock-in on Pay As You Go.
Can I choose which LLM provider powers my agent?
Yes, DialNexa supports multiple LLM providers and model families, including OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic depending on the workflow.
Are infrastructure and model rates separate from the per-minute plan rate?
Yes, the per-minute rate covers DialNexa's orchestration layer, while LLM, synthesis, transcription and telephony are billed separately.
What is pulse billing and why does it matter?
Pulse billing rounds call duration up to the nearest interval, so a 10-second call on a 60-second pulse costs 60 seconds.
