By using theaiorion.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Think, based in Wyoming, United States. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
- Browsing is free and needs no account.
- Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Tool listings
- We write each listing from the tool's own website and other public sources, and keep features, prices and FAQs only when the tool's site states them. Tools change, so a listing can be out of date. Check the tool's own site before you rely on it, and especially before you pay.
- A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the tools themselves or what they do with your data.
- Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the tools.
- If you make a tool and want its listing corrected or removed, contact us.
Links, affiliate links and sponsored placements
Listings link to other websites, which have their own terms. Some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission if you sign up. If a tool pays for a placement, that placement is labelled "Sponsored". Neither changes the facts we publish about a tool.
Reviews and submissions
- You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to display, edit for length and format, and remove it on the site.
- Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. No spam, fake reviews, reviews of your own tool or a competitor's, personal attacks, or anything illegal.
- When you submit a tool, confirm that the details are accurate. We decide what is listed, and we may edit submissions.
Our free tools
The YouTube Video Summarizer, Resume Builder and Orion Tools are provided free and as they are. AI-written summaries can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important. You are responsible for the content you process with them and for having the right to use it.
What you must not do
- Use the site for anything illegal, or to harm, mislead or harass anyone.
- Scrape or copy the directory in bulk, or send automated traffic that strains the site (search engines following our robots.txt are welcome).
- Try to break into accounts or systems, or get around limits or security measures.
Our content
The site's design and the text we write are ours. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Republishing listings or articles in bulk is not, unless we agree to it in writing.
No warranty and limited liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, AI Orion is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your use of third-party tools found through the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and governing law
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
