Planner 5D (iOS app)

Planner 5D is a home and interior design app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro from Planner5D, UAB. Users draw floor plans in 2D or 3D, furnish rooms from a catalog of more than 8,400 furniture and decor items, and render photo-realistic images of the result. Generative AI and machine learning produce room designs and furnishing suggestions. It is aimed at design enthusiasts and beginners planning a home, a room or a garden.

A project can start from a photo of a room, an uploaded floor plan or a blank canvas. In camera mode the user snaps a few photos and Planner 5D builds a 3D copy of the space. The layout is then edited with drag-and-drop tools, switching between 2D and 3D views, and items are chosen from the catalogue. Projects can be shared with friends or professional designers for feedback and continued on any device.

The Snapshot feature renders images with realistic lighting, textures and shadows. An AI design generator and an advanced AI designer mode furnish a room automatically. Measurements switch between metric and imperial, and projects work offline and sync across platforms. On iPad there is Apple Pencil support and split-screen multitasking; VoiceOver, Voice Control and a dark interface are supported. A garden planner covers outdoor spaces, and the app is available in English and 23 more languages.

The free version includes the 2D and 3D editor, a 150+ item decor catalog, unlimited projects, multi-platform synchronisation and a 600+ item catalog of colors, textures and patterns. Premium unlocks the full 8,400+ item catalog, the ability to change the size and appearance of furniture, and the AI designer mode, priced at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with other purchases such as a 30-day full catalog pass at $6.99.
