Phone AI

Phone AI is an iPhone app that acts as an AI receptionist. It answers incoming calls, screens them and summarizes each conversation, so the owner does not miss customers, leads or other important calls. Phone AI is built by independent developer Aryan Chaurasia and is aimed at founders, solo operators, realtors, consultants, coaches, tradespeople, service businesses and small businesses, as well as anyone tired of voicemail and robocalls.

A user signs in and claims a real phone number, or forwards an existing line to Phone AI, which can also step in only when the user cannot pick up. The user sets the assistant's name, voice and what it should say. When a call arrives, the AI talks to the caller, takes a message and handles the request, then sends a push notification with a summary, the full transcript and a one-tap callback button.

Phone AI answers in a chosen persona or with a custom greeting and instructions. It screens spam, robocalls and unknown numbers, captures the caller's name, reason, callback number and urgency, and books meetings on Google Calendar using real-time availability. It recognizes saved contacts and can treat VIPs differently from strangers, and it records calls with consent where the law requires it. Users get a phone number they can publish while keeping a personal number private.

Phone AI is free to download and sells an auto-renewing subscription that includes an assigned phone number and a monthly minute allowance. In-app purchases include a Weekly Plan at $7.99, Monthly Plan Lite at $19.99, Monthly Plan at $29.99, Yearly Lite at $199.99 and Yearly Plan at $299.99. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.0 or later, on Mac with macOS 14.0 or later, and on Apple Vision. The app is in English.
