CuServly is a customer service AI chatbot for businesses that answers questions in 95 languages and learns from a company's own content. It builds a natural-language chatbot trained specifically on the business, covering topics such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance, travel and HR. New chatbots are created in a few steps and can run continuously on a company's website.

The chatbot is trained on data the owner provides: website URLs that are scraped for content, or uploaded files in PDF, DOC, TXT, PPT, XLS or CSV format. Once trained, it answers questions from that knowledge base, and relevant data is sent to a third-party AI model to generate an answer when it is not already stored there.
