ChatFly

ChatFly is a no-code platform for creating, testing, launching and managing AI chatbots used in customer support, lead generation, education and document question-answering. It is built for businesses that want a chatbot trained on their own information rather than generic answers. Plans range from individuals automating a single site to larger teams running multiple bots across many channels.

A user connects data by uploading PDF, Word or Excel files, linking a website or FAQ page, or importing from Notion and Google Drive; ChatFly crawls that material to build a chatbot customized for the business. The chatbot's responses can then be tuned by setting rules or adjusting Creativity and Focus modes, and its appearance can be customized with a theme, color scheme and logo to match the brand.

ChatFly chatbots can be embedded on a website with a script tag, connected through an API into other products, and linked to more than 1,000 other applications. Built-in integrations include Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zapier, WooCommerce and Microsoft Teams, depending on the plan. ChatFly provides templates for lead generation, education assistance and document question-and-answer bots, and the business plan can remove the 'Powered by ChatFly' label.

ChatFly offers four paid tiers: Basic at $14/month, Starter at $39/month, Standard at $89/month and Business at $349/month, each adding more chatbots, more message credits and more integrations such as Slack, WordPress, WhatsApp and Telegram. Basic includes 2 chatbots per account and Business includes 10 chatbots, with unlimited website embeds on every tier. A free plan lets a new user test all features before choosing a paid tier.
