Ceiling

Ceiling is a software platform for online coaches that combines programs, community, check-ins, booking and payments in one app branded with the coach's own name. It is built to replace the separate training app, community tool, email service, forms, scheduler and link page that many coaches currently stitch together to run their business.

An AI team inside Ceiling drafts the coach's routine busywork, including replies to client check-ins, every morning, while the coach reviews and approves every word before anything is sent to a client. The AI learns the coach's own voice over time from the coach's posts and from every edit made to a draft.

Programs, community, check-ins, booking, payments and email are tied to a single client record, so a coach no longer has to join check-in and payment information together by hand. When a coach switches from another set of tools to Ceiling, existing clients, programs, posts and subscriptions are carried over, and no client has to sign up again.
