Backgrounds Supply

Backgrounds Supply is a curated library of handcrafted gradient backgrounds and AI-generated visuals for designers and other creatives. It holds 1,839 backgrounds across 41 collections, including 36 animated backgrounds, for use in websites and apps, presentations, social media posts, banners, motion projects and desktop wallpapers. It is aimed at product, motion and graphic designers who want ready-made visuals instead of prompting an image model from scratch.

Buyers pay once through Dodo Payments without creating an account first. After payment the whole library unlocks in that browser, and a magic sign-in link is emailed for other devices, with no password. The library is then browsed and downloaded through a web app at app.backgrounds.supply. Files drop into any tool that accepts image uploads, such as Figma, Framer, Photoshop, Canva, Webflow and After Effects.

Static backgrounds are 16:9 PNG files, most at roughly 3K resolution, with 507 at native 4K (3840×2160). The animated collection ships as looping MP4 video with no audio, which also works with live-wallpaper tools such as Wallpaper Engine. Collections carry names such as Chromatica, Nebuluxe, Surrealis, Gradient BGs, Smudge and ASCII, and 30+ new wallpapers are added every month.

Backgrounds Supply costs $49 as a one-time payment with lifetime access to the full library and every future drop, and the purchase includes a commercial license for client work, websites, apps, ads and presentations. Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed, and refunds are not offered. A free pack of around 100+ previews, a few from each collection, can be downloaded without signup for personal use only.
