About Transpic

Transpic is a browser tool that translates the text inside images and returns a translated image rather than a separate transcript. It handles photos, screenshots, posters, menus, manga pages, product graphics and document scans, and is aimed at individual creators, small businesses, e-commerce sellers and teams localizing visual content such as product ads, manga and multilingual marketing material.

The user uploads a JPG, PNG or static WebP, picks one of more than 60 target languages and a mode for general images, e-commerce, manga or documents, then starts the job. The service detects text regions, translates their meaning and places each translated block back in its original position. A slider compares the original and translated versions, and an editor allows changes to wording, size, color and placement.

Batch uploads can send several images into several target languages in one job, with Fast, Balanced or High quality and a choice of Gemini, DeepSeek, ChatGPT or Grok as the translation model. Paid tiers add custom instructions and cross-page context. The same account also offers image-to-text OCR and a tool for removing text from images, and phones can capture a menu or sign directly with the camera.

A guest can try one image of up to 3 MB without signing up, and a free account receives 30 credits plus 10 daily credits after the first day, with watermarked exports. Starter, Pro and Studio plans cost $8.25, $16.58 and $66.58 per month billed yearly, though checkout for them was marked as opening soon. PDF and Word files are not accepted, and uploads are kept in private storage.
