Taskade is an AI app builder, agent platform and task manager, and this iPhone and iPad app from Taskcade Inc. brings it to mobile. Taskade is meant for individuals and teams who want to plan their day with to-do lists, notes and mind maps, build working apps from a prompt, and hand routine work to AI agents and automations, all within one shared workspace.
With Taskade Genesis, a user describes what is needed in one sentence and Taskade generates a working app with structured data, AI agents, automation and real-time collaboration built in, without code. Examples include dashboards, client portals, CRM systems with lead scoring, booking tools, forms and knowledge bases. Apps can be published through a secure link, protected with a password, put on a custom domain, or cloned from community-built apps.
Taskade AI agents can be given roles such as analyst, researcher or support representative and trained on documents, web links, workspace projects and past conversations, using models including GPT, Claude and Gemini. Automations start from forms, schedules, emails, webhooks or app events and connect to over 100 integrations such as Stripe, Slack, GitHub and Gmail. Projects can be shown as list, board, table, calendar, mind map, timeline or Gantt views.
AI features and Genesis are optional, so Taskade can still be used as a plain task and project manager. The app is free to download, with in-app purchases including Taskade Starter at $8.00 per month or $48.00 per year, Taskade Plus at $16.00 or $96.00, Taskade Pro from $19.99 per month and Taskade Business at $49.99 per month. It requires iOS 16.4 or later and is available in English and 20 more languages.
