Shiken

Shiken is an AI powered coaching and roleplay platform with a built-in meeting recorder and learning platform, built and operated by Meddicle Ltd in London. It records meetings, turns them into roleplays or courses, coaches conversations against a scorecard, delivers practice in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and measures behaviour on the next call. The product combines the meeting recorder, content studio, roleplay engine and learning delivery into one integrated product to connect work with training.

Shiken connects recording, content creation, coaching and delivery into one continuous loop. It records conversations across Zoom, Meet and Teams, ingests docs and links, turns content into AI roleplays, quizzes, microlearning and slides, and delivers coaching in the flow of work or via LMS — all while measuring impact on the next cycle.

The platform targets sales enablement, leadership development, language training and meeting intelligence. It provides lifelike AI roleplays, rubric-based scoring, and coaching delivered through channels like Slack and Teams, with analytics on skills, activity and ROI.

Shiken lists three tracks (Learner, Creator, Enterprise) and describes platforms, integrations and limits such as SCORM/SSO and avatar roleplays in enterprise plans, with a free plan to pilot and various paid tiers across the tracks.
