Notedly

Notedly is an AI note-taker for students. Paste a textbook chapter, article or paper, or share a YouTube link, and it writes organized study notes in standard, Cornell or outline format in seconds. Your first summary is free with no account, and a free account then includes 10,000 words a month. The tool is designed to help students manage heavy reading loads, preview readings, and review notes, while encouraging adherence to school rules on AI use.

Notedly is built to transform large readings into concise, structured notes that match one of several formats. It focuses on turning text from textbooks, articles or videos into pages of organized notes that can be queried later. It emphasizes that it should be used to preview and review readings, not replace them, and that expectations align with school policies on AI use.

Notedly supports standard notes, Cornell notes, and outlines. It processes textbook chapters, articles, web pages and YouTube videos to produce organized notes in seconds.

Notedly is a product of Syntak, LLC. It offers a first summary for free, requires no account for that initial use, and then provides paid tiers with word limits and uploads. The About page lays out the intended user base, usage guidelines, and the relationship to school policies, while recommending the user follow their institution’s AI-use rules. It also lists support contact information.
