Neverinstall

Neverinstall builds software for enterprises that run their own cloud. Private Cloud runs Virtual Machines, Containers and GPU workloads, while Virtual Desktops adds desktop delivery through its cloud, a customer’s cloud account, or their Private Cloud. The product includes a Console, API and Terraform for management and operates in conjunction with the customer’s hardware or hosted environments. It delivers a split of responsibilities between the customer and Neverinstall, with engineers supporting the deployment.

It enables customers to choose where workloads run—on their own servers, in a cloud account, or in Neverinstall Cloud—while providing software to manage compute, storage, networks and identity. The approach emphasizes running infrastructure much like a public cloud, with self-service capabilities and open interfaces for automation and governance.

The company describes three main components: Neverinstall Private Cloud (VMs, containers, Kubernetes on customer hardware), Neverinstall GPU Infrastructure (GPU resources as part of Private Cloud), and Neverinstall Virtual Desktops (desktop delivery through a hosted console or local management). These pieces are designed to work together to support workloads, desktops and AI on the customer’s terms.
