LockMyApps is an AI-powered productivity app for iPhone that blocks chosen apps for a set period so the owner spends less time on the phone. It is aimed at people who want to cut their screen time, get more done and reduce doom scrolling. On the App Store it appears as LockMyApps Screen Time Control, an app blocker and Pomodoro timer developed by Andrew Lee.

Using LockMyApps takes three steps. The user selects the apps to block temporarily, sets the number of minutes or hours the block should last, and the selected apps cannot be opened until the timer finishes. If a block has to be lifted early, for example in an emergency, it can be removed in the app's settings. Recurring time blocks can also be set up on the phone.

LockMyApps Premium gives access to the full app. It includes the Lock Now feature for short-term focus, daily time limits for individual apps, and schedules that lock apps ahead of time. Blocking works for any app on the phone, and Premium has no ads. LockMyApps says it can help reduce screen time by up to 90%, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

LockMyApps is free to download with in-app purchases. Premium is sold as a weekly plan at $8.99 per week or a yearly plan at $69.99 per year that starts with 3 days free, and a reminder is sent before the paid subscription begins. The app runs only on iPhone, requires iOS 16.0 or later, and is available in English and French.
