Keybe designs and builds AI driven software for the relationship between brands and people. It brings together artificial intelligence, data and empathy in products that understand each customer in context, turn every conversation into a relationship and give teams back the time for what only a human can do.

What we build: We are builders of software products. Since 2002 we have turned one idea into code: technology should understand people, not reduce them to a segment. That is how a customer data platform, an omnichannel conversation suite and BIKY, an AI driven operating system for the whole customer lifecycle, were born. Every product is built with empathy and the conviction that human and artificial intelligence together unlock people's true potential. BIKY is the first of a growing family.

Continuing: The company operates in multiple markets and holds certifications and partnerships that underpin its security and data handling practices. These include ISO/IEC 27001 certification, encryption in transit and at rest, penetration testing, vulnerability disclosure, GDPR, and local data protection laws in Mexico and Colombia.
