Reflys

Reflys is a chat automation and shared inbox platform for businesses that sell or offer support through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and TikTok. It runs on the official Meta, WhatsApp and TikTok APIs and is aimed at brands, marketers and online stores that want to answer comments and direct messages quickly, capture leads and move each conversation toward a sale or booking.

A business connects its channels, chooses what should start a conversation, such as a keyword left in a comment, and sets the actions that follow before publishing the flow. Flows are edited in a drag-and-drop builder, and an AI flow builder can produce a complete automation from a stated goal. Team members can step into any automated conversation from the unified inbox and continue where the automation stopped.

Automations include comment-to-DM replies, story and message replies, pricing answers, link and form sharing, and WhatsApp and Messenger broadcasts. AI features cover intent recognition in multiple languages, a text enhancer that matches messages to a brand voice, and AI steps that can be added to existing flows. Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores can trigger messages from abandoned checkouts and order activity, and DMs can grow email and SMS lists.

Two plans are listed. Pro costs $12 a month, or $9 a month billed annually, and covers up to 1,000 contacts, all channels, SMS and email automation and a basic AI builder. Business costs $59 a month, or $44.25 billed annually, and adds advanced Smart AI, broadcasts, 2,500 contacts and five team seats. Both start with a 7-day trial that requires a card, and refunds are not offered.
