What does it actually capture and keep?

It transcribes the conversation. No audio or video is stored. It also reads your connected tools and on-screen work as text, never as screenshots, and never captures passwords or health or financial content.

Does it use my scorecard, or its own?

Yours. It reads the form and rating scale you already use, whether that lives in Ashby or in a doc, and it learns your standards over time.

Do I have to set anything up?

Connect your calendar, ATS, Slack and email once. That’s it. Recruiting skills are built in, so you get real drafts from your first interview.

Can I get it to draft something it doesn’t already do?
