GMCFix

GMCFix is a compliance service for online store owners whose Google Merchant Center account has been suspended. It is aimed at e-commerce businesses that need to understand exactly which Google policy they violated and get a concrete plan to fix it and get reinstated.

A store owner submits their website URL and describes the suspension, optionally connecting their Merchant Center account with read-only access. GMCFix then crawls the entire site and product feed, running more than 100 automated compliance checks across security, policy pages, business information, product data, and Google policy areas, with AI assistance drafting text and suggesting product-level fixes before a human expert signs off.

The result is a detailed PDF report that maps each issue to a specific Google policy with proof and exact fix instructions, a CSV checklist for tracking fixes, and a personalized, ready-to-send appeal letter. GMCFix also checks feed-to-site parity on titles, prices, availability, and identifiers, and supports policy and UI text in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and French.

GMCFix is sold as a one-time payment with no subscription: a Basic plan at $79 (from $99) covers up to 100 pages, a Max plan at $199 covers up to 500 pages, and a Plus plan at $599 covers up to 5,000 pages with added security and malware scanning.
