EvalPro automates KPI suggestions from feedback, generates comprehensive monthly summaries for employees and leads, and applies sentiment analysis and AI algorithms to turn feedback into actionable points while checking for bias. A dashboard shows organization-wide performance data, rankings, and department details, and 2-Way and Anonymous Feedback options let employees and managers communicate openly. EvalPro also integrates with other HR systems and tools for data import and reporting.
