DrDroid

DrDroid is an AI SRE agent that connects to cloud, code and telemetry to build a knowledge graph of an organization's services, then uses it for incident response and root-cause analysis. It is built for SRE engineers on call and engineering teams ranging from about 5 to 200 or more people, depending on plan.

A team connects its stack through read-only OAuth across cloud, code, CI/CD and observability tools, with no agents installed and no code changes, live in about 30 minutes. Background jobs continuously crawl metrics, logs, traces, cloud configs, repositories, docs and runbooks, turning that data into a durable knowledge graph. When an alert fires, the graph traces the blast radius across every connected entity, and the investigation agent works from that context.

Pre-built agents cover detection and triage before a response, investigation and auto-remediation during an incident, and observability, reporting and retrospective analysis afterward. A self-learning agent remembers which queries, correlations and fixes worked on a past incident and goes straight to them the next time the same failure appears, so resolution gets faster without anyone writing a runbook by hand. Agents can be triggered from PagerDuty, Slack, MS Teams, a webhook, an API call, or another agent through an A2A protocol.

DrDroid is priced on investigation credits rather than seats: a Startup plan costs $99 a month with 99 credits and a 14-day trial, a Business plan starts at $999 a month in the cloud or $2,999 a month self-hosted, and Enterprise pricing is custom. The product can run as a managed cloud service or be self-hosted inside a customer's VPC with no data leaving the network, and it is SOC 2 Type II certified with SSO/SAML support.
