Diagnosis Pad is a medical AI assistant and clinical scribe for healthcare professionals that generates differentials, guidance, transcriptions and clinical notes during a consultation. It is built for practitioners such as family doctors who want help avoiding a missed diagnosis without sending patient audio to the cloud.

A clinician taps Start Session to begin recording a consultation, and Diagnosis Pad transcribes the ambient audio to generate differentials and recommendations as the session progresses. Tapping a differential or recommendation opens a context-aware medical terminology database that explains the reasoning behind it, and a summary of clinical notes is generated once the session is paused.

All AI processing happens on-device rather than in the cloud, using a deterministic inferencing engine rather than the random heuristics of typical generative chatbots, trained on up to 9 trillion tokens of data and over 680,000 hours of speech. A clinical encyclopedia holds over 6,000 reverse-engineered terms so a clinician can audit the model's knowledge base and reasoning, and sessions can be paused and resumed during a consultation.

Diagnosis Pad is available for iOS, macOS and Android, with a free Basic plan that has time-limited sessions and no session history, an Essentials plan at $9.99 a month removing the time limit, and a Professional plan at $29.99 a month that adds review of past sessions. An Enterprise option runs on-premises with custom Electronic Health Records integration, reached by contacting the company.
