DesignSense AI, listed as DesignSense AI Interior Design, is an iPhone and iPad app from Sictec Infotech that uses AI to generate interior and exterior design renders from a single photo. It requires no design experience and is aimed at homeowners planning renovations, real estate agents staging properties, contractors showing projects to clients, and DIY enthusiasts trying out styles before committing to them.

A user takes or uploads a photo of a space, selects the room type and a design style, and DesignSense AI generates an HD render in about 30 seconds. The AI keeps the room's structure while changing the style, furniture, colors and finishes, and several design options can be compared before picking one. Renders can then be downloaded, saved or shared with friends and contractors.

DesignSense AI offers 32+ design styles, including Modern, Industrial, Scandinavian and Farmhouse, and covers bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and offices as well as facades, gardens and patios. Renders reach up to 8K resolution, and an upscaling tool raises any design to ultra-high resolution. AI Interior Touch up replaces specific furniture or objects, users can add their own furniture, and video tours of a room or house are generated in 4K.

DesignSense AI is free to download, and the first HD render is free. Paid in-app plans include a Weekly Unlimited Plan at $5.99, Monthly Unlimited at $14.99, Yearly Unlimited at $179.99, Weekly Premium at $19.99, Monthly Premium at $49.99 and Yearly Premium at $539.99. The app works with any photo, including sketches or floor plans, requires iOS 18.0 or later and is in English.
