CodelessRobot provides a way for websites to offer an AI-powered answer bot that is trained on content from a site or documents. The process starts by entering the user’s data, retrieving content from a site, and optionally adding text or PDFs. Training begins with a single action, producing a custom AI that reflects the submitted content, and the resulting bot can assist visitors based on that information.

The Answer-Bot can quickly scour submitted content and answer based on that content. If the answer cannot be found within the submitted content, the bot won’t answer. The widget adapts to different screen sizes and is installed by adding a script tag to the head section of the site.

Users can retrain the bot when content changes or when new information needs to be reflected, ensuring the bot stays aligned with current content. The system supports training up to 20 times per billing period and limits document length to 15,000 characters per source.
