Clipii

Clipii is a save-everything app that keeps links, notes, images and voice memos in one searchable library. It is aimed at people who want to capture ideas, articles and recordings from across the web and return to them later, including giving AI assistants approved access to that library.

A user pastes a link, writes a note, records a voice memo, or drops in an image, and Clipii adds it to the current library. Media pages from platforms such as YouTube, Bilibili and podcast services arrive with a searchable transcript, using existing captions when available or transcribing the audio otherwise.

Tags live inside the saved text as paths such as #work/product, and the sidebar groups them so a parent tag includes every child. Full-text search covers titles, body text, transcripts, sources and descriptions, and highlights stay attached to the source note. AI assistants can read the library only after the user approves specific permissions, and that access can be revoked later.

The same library follows a user across the Web App, a Chrome-based browser extension and a mobile app for iOS and Android, and the whole workspace can be exported at any time. The Free plan gives every workspace 50 MB of library space and 100K AI credits a month at no cost; the Pro plan, at $4.16/mo billed yearly, raises this to 10 GB of space and 1000K AI credits a month.
