Memoir is a voice note and transcription app for iPhone from USEKAMBA, listed on the App Store as Voice to Text & Notes: Memoir. It records spoken thoughts and turns them into structured text notes with AI. Memoir is meant for people who want to capture ideas on the go, keep a journal, review complex topics later or reduce the strain of typing on their hands.

The user records a voice note, and Memoir transcribes it with AI into a clean transcript arranged as a well-structured text note. Transcription supports more than 100 languages. Notes are grouped into projects that can be searched, and both the original transcript and the AI-generated version can be edited with a built-in smart writing assistant before being copied or sent elsewhere.

Beyond transcription, Memoir's AI can summarize content, pull out key points, rewrite notes, correct spelling and turn notes into threads or other content. It also suits journaling and quick capture while multitasking. Sharing is unlimited, so any number of voice notes can be copied or sent to other apps. The interface is available in English and 33 more languages.

Memoir is free to download, with a Weekly Plan at $3.90, a Monthly Plan at $11.99 and an annual plan at $59.90 sold as in-app purchases. It is built for iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later and also runs on Macs with an M1 chip and macOS 14.0, though it is not verified for macOS. Its privacy label lists usage data that may be used for tracking and identifiers not linked to the user.
