Chunk

Chunk is an AI notebook and research app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision, made by Curious Minds Software, LLC. It brings AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google into one workspace that answers from the user's own notes, PDFs, videos and saved research, with citations that open the source. Chunk is built for students, researchers, professionals analyzing documents and writers turning their reading into finished work.

Users save links, PDFs, screenshots and quick thoughts into the Chunk Inbox from any app, clip pages from the browser or forward emails into it, and everything becomes searchable and connected. In Connected Chat, the AI quotes the user's notes and documents, and any note, document or collection can be brought into a conversation with an @-mention. Models from GPT, Claude and Gemini can be switched in the middle of a conversation.

Chunk converts YouTube videos, lectures, podcasts, audio, webpages and PDFs into transcripts, summaries, flashcards, quizzes and concept maps. A Markdown note editor supports wiki links, backlinks and a knowledge graph, and AI writing tools handle grammar, tone, translation and rewriting. Deep research produces cited reports with bibliographies in APA, MLA, Chicago or Harvard style, and Workflows draft PDF, Word or Excel files from the user's material on demand or on a schedule.

Chunk is free to start, and the free plan includes everyday AI chat. Chunk Pro unlocks every model, unlimited deep research, automations at scale and the full document library, which supports questions across 3,000 pages; subscriptions run from $4.99 a week to $99.99 a year, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Chunk requires iOS 18.4 or later or macOS 15.0 or later, and user data is never sold or used to train AI models.
