CallnAi gives a small business an AI receptionist that answers calls the owner cannot take, whether on a job, with a client or after hours. The agent takes the message and puts every call in one inbox on the owner's phone. It is built for people who cannot stop to pick up: plumbers and contractors, salons and barbers, therapists and clinics, and any small business that runs on its phone.

Setup starts by picking a business number in the app, which is ready to answer in about a minute. The owner then tells the agent about the business: hours, services, prices and what counts as urgent, starting from a template for the trade and editing it in plain words. An existing number can be kept; missed calls are forwarded to the agent with a short carrier code, and the app shows when forwarding is working.

Every call becomes a message with who called, what they need and when to call back, in the caller's own words, plus a summary, the recording and the full transcript. The inbox shows what still needs attention; tapping Done clears a call. Calls the owner defines as urgent send a time-sensitive alert to the lock screen. The agent can also call a customer back, confirm an appointment or follow up, and report how it went.

Everyone the agent talks to is saved in Contacts with notes and what happened last time. Robocalls and junk calls are marked as spam. With Google Calendar connected from the web dashboard, the agent books appointments into free times. CallnAi is a free download with free minutes; CallnAi Pro adds a dedicated business number and 100 minutes a month, billed as an auto-renewing subscription. The app runs on iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 15.1 or later.
