BoundBot works across WebChat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Slack and Discord from one unified inbox, and teammates can join any thread, reply directly or pause automation while keeping the conversation's context. It can be trained on a product catalog, uploaded FAQ files and PDFs, a crawled website, or structured data from a Google Sheet or CSV file, and keyword rules can trigger specific automated replies.

BoundBot offers four plans: a Free tier with 750 monthly credits, one bot and the WebChat widget; Starter at $9.99 a month; Pro at $29.99 a month with MCP integrations and all channels; and Business at $199.99 a month with unlimited bots, unlimited website sources and a dedicated account manager. Credits cover AI replies, and unused credits cannot be topped up mid-cycle; upgrading a plan takes effect immediately.
