Appointwise is an AI appointment setter for agencies, coaches and consultants. It takes over the work of a human setter: replying to inbound leads, qualifying them against the owner's criteria and booking qualified prospects straight onto a calendar. Appointwise states that its AI setters convert 30-40% of leads on average, compared with 10-20% for a human setter, and can handle more than 10,000 leads a day.

Appointwise connects to a GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and runs on the messaging channels attached to it: SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. When a lead messages, the AI agent replies within seconds at any hour, asks qualifying questions based on the rules the owner sets, uncovers pain points and handles objections. It then offers available times from a synced calendar and confirms the booking inside the same conversation, without a booking link.

Beyond the core conversation, Appointwise includes a built-in follow-up system to re-engage leads, A/B split testing of agents, analytics with revenue tracking, a lead dashboard and a test environment. Agents can run custom tasks such as updating the CRM, adding tags, triggering workflows and segmenting an email list. Multiple agents share context across a conversation, the AI converses in 17+ languages, and agencies can create unlimited sub-accounts to manage separate clients.

Appointwise is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 14-day free trial. Plans start at $97 a month. The Growth plan is $297 billed monthly and includes 10 sub-accounts, 10 AI agents per sub-account, voicenotes, revenue analytics, campaign split testing, unlimited leads and 24/7 support, with extra sub-accounts at $29 each. An Enterprise plan at custom pricing adds done-for-you setup, an account manager and consultancy. Native integration is currently GoHighLevel only, with further CRMs announced.
