AppFlowy is an open-source AI workspace for managing projects, wikis and data, which teams can self-host on their own infrastructure, in their cloud or in an air-gapped environment, or use through AppFlowy Cloud. It brings documents, databases, forms, charts and project timelines into one place with AI search, writing assistance and meeting notes. It is built for enterprise teams that want full control of their data, and a free Personal plan serves individual use.

AppFlowy runs as a native app on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android and in the web browser, working offline and syncing across devices. In a self-hosted deployment, AI processing stays inside the company's environment, with AppFlowy AI powered by self-hosted LLMs and embedding models, and no vendor access to the instance. SAML and OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, LDAP, MCP and public APIs connect it to existing systems, and a central admin panel manages users, workspaces and permissions.

Workspaces hold pages that can be co-edited in real time or commented on asynchronously, databases with timelines, dependencies and dashboards, custom team spaces and permission groups. AI search returns answers with traceable sources, meeting notes are captured and enhanced automatically, and columns can be auto-filled. Pages can be published under a custom namespace and exported to PDF. AppFlowy also offers migration from Notion and Confluence, and the codebase is auditable and extensible with community plugins, templates and themes.

How do I cancel a paid plan?

From Settings, open Billing, choose Change plan and Downgrade under Personal; the workspace moves to Personal immediately and usage above free limits may be restricted.

How does adding and removing members work?

Added members are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle; removed members give no credit but the seat can be reused until the period ends.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
