About Aphra

Aphra is an AI personal assistant for reminders, notes, calendar, email and messages. A user says or types something once, Aphra keeps hold of it and brings it back as a notification at the moment it matters, with the next step ready to tap. It is made for people who spend the day saying "I must remember to…". The app is on Google Play, with an iPhone version in preparation, and can be tried free without signing up.

The user picks an assistant persona such as Tala, Kai or Sophia, a personality from friendly to executive, and a voice that can be previewed; choices save immediately and can be undone. Items are handed over by typing or speaking, the assistant answers straight away, and a notification returns when due. Aphra also acts unprompted: due reminders come back, a morning brief of email arrives once an account is connected, and an optional heads-up flags messages from people who matter.

Notes and lists are kept, and a photo or PDF can become a note or event. Calendar questions such as what is on Thursday, or moving lunch to one, are shown before the change is made; Outlook works today and Google Calendar is planned. Email is summarised and replies are drafted in the user's own voice, messages are written for WhatsApp and sent by the user, meetings are arranged by email once approved, and web search answers questions.

Nothing is sent or changed until the user approves it. Data is encrypted with a separate key per person, not used to train AI, never sold and deletable with the account. The Free plan includes typed chat, notes, reminders and about 15 minutes of voice a month. Plus is $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year and connects one email account and one calendar; Premium is $29.99 a month or $239.99 a year with up to 5 of each.
