Reel Studio

Reel Studio provides an AI-centric filmmaking workspace that covers both pre-production and production and post-production tasks, organized around a project with agents and MCP-driven workflows. It targets filmmakers looking to manage story, shots, cast, references, review, and export within a single environment and to integrate AI agents into the production process.

The tool operates as a two-phase system: an Editor phase for pre-production and production (films, scenes, shots, cast, locations, generated frames/video, review) and a Timeline phase for post-production (cut order, voiceover, SFX, score, mix, export). It emphasizes an integrated workflow where an agent guides production through generation, review, and assembly.

Main capabilities include maintaining continuity across shots and references, generating multiple takes, adding audio and timeline tracks, and exporting the final video from one workspace. It supports a model catalog, generation jobs, asset management, and a coordinated timeline with audio, SFX, and music cues.

It mentions credits-based usage, a public API for agents, and the ability to connect AI agents through a personal access token and MCP config.
