PureStretch

PureStretch is a free stretching app for iPhone and iPad from Purestrength Limited. An AI instructor guides the user through stretching routines matched to their flexibility level, with the aim of improving flexibility safely. The app is for anyone who stretches regularly, from beginners to experienced athletes, and is offered without a subscription or paid tier. It is listed in the Health & Fitness category and uses a 3D mesh to show the stretches.

PureStretch's algorithms learn from the user's flexibility level and adapt each routine so it remains suited to their ability, tracking progress in real time as sessions are completed. Programs are customisable: a user can choose daily micro-stretches or longer weekly routines to fit their schedule. Sessions are accompanied by background music and nature scenes intended to make stretching feel relaxing rather than a chore.

Analytics record session duration, flexibility improvements and overall achievements so progress can be reviewed over time. A community feature connects users with other PureStretch users worldwide to share their stretching progress. The developer states that no data is collected from the app. PureStretch requires iOS 15.0 or iPadOS 15.0 or later, is also listed for Apple silicon Macs on macOS 12.0 and for Apple Vision, and is available in English.
