PIQAPART is an AI tool that converts a video or a set of photos documenting a process into a finished manual, standard operating procedure, or recipe book. It is built for technical writers, production managers, and teams in industries such as manufacturing, food service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, craftsmanship, beauty and e-learning.

A user uploads a video of a production process, a recipe, or a technical operation, or an ordered set of photos documenting each phase, and the AI analyzes the content to identify the key actions. For each identified action, the system generates a title, a technical description, and captures a keyframe image, then assembles the results into a document ready to publish, export, or print.

PIQAPART automatically translates generated documentation into more than 30 languages, supports custom layout formatting, and exports to PDF, HTML, and XML for use in corporate ERP, PDM, and CMS systems. Its live editor allows texts, titles, and frames to be edited directly on the platform, revision control keeps documentation versioned and up to date, and QR codes can be generated to link manuals for use on the shop floor.

Generated documents can include original photos, line-art conversions, or detailed illustrations, and content is exported in standard formats so it loads into existing CCMS and management systems.
