Inbox Ledger watches mailboxes to locate invoices, reads each document, and files it while checking against existing records. Inbox Ledger provides reconciliation-first processing where every invoice is captured, extracted, and matched to the bank. Data can be exported to spreadsheets, Google Drive, OneDrive, or pushed into QuickBooks and Business Central.
