FeedLog is an open-source AI customer support and product feedback platform built for SaaS teams. It brings together AI-powered assistance, a knowledge base, customer conversations, and feedback management in one place, helping teams answer routine questions and turn requests into a visible product roadmap. Teams can run it as a hosted service or install it on their own infrastructure.
Customers ask questions through an embedded widget, and FeedLog's AI assistant reads the team's knowledge base to answer them or finds matching feedback on existing boards. When the AI can't resolve an issue, the conversation escalates to a shared inbox where a human takes over, creates a support ticket, or logs the request as a new feedback post for the team to review.
FeedLog organizes feedback into boards such as Feature Requests, Bug Report, Improvements, and Other, with votes and statuses like Open, Planned, In Progress, and Completed. A public roadmap shows planned and in-progress work, while a changelog publishes completed improvements to customers. The AI assistant can also draft changelog entries from closed feedback, and duplicate detection flags similar posts automatically.
FeedLog is released under the MIT license and can be deployed via Docker, Vercel, or Cloudflare Workers, with a PostgreSQL 17 database required for self-hosting. The hosted cloud version is currently free to use and includes AI features with no extra setup, while self-hosting requires supplying an API key for OpenAI, Azure, a LiteLLM proxy, or a locally run model.
Adaptive Engine evaluates, tunes, and serves LLMs for enterprise AI, using reinforcement learning to optimize models and production feedback.
Prompt Octopus compares model responses side-by-side, with a VSCode extension and API key options for use in your codebase.
Antigma provides self-contained, self-organizing agents for developers, with Ante as an autonomous coding agent that runs locally or cloud-backed, in a terminal and via various interfaces.
Lingo.dev is a localization engineering platform for product teams to measure translation quality, choose translation providers, and manage localization…
Zipy provides AI-powered session replays, error tracking, performance monitoring, and product analytics for developers and product teams.
Miko is a self-hosted AI coding agent that connects Slack, Linear, GitHub, and GitLab to coding agents, enabling task assignment and pull-request reviews.
