EmailTriager: Get Through Your Emails 10x Faster

About EmailTriager

EmailTriager is an AI assistant that helps users manage their inbox by organizing incoming messages and generating draft replies that can be reviewed and sent from within Gmail. It learns from past emails to tailor its behavior and drafts to the individual user’s style. The tool focuses on reducing the time and mental effort required to respond to email, keeping the user in control of sending decisions. It emphasizes privacy and security while integrating with a familiar email workflow.

EmailTriager trains on a user’s past emails to build a Knowledge Base that supports drafting responses to new emails. The system creates drafts behind the scenes, which appear in the user’s Gmail interface for review and sending. It does not automatically send emails on behalf of the user, preserving user oversight and control over final messages. The product stresses the concept of True Voice and aims to mirror the user’s own communication style in generated drafts.

The tool provides features to produce pre-drafted responses, produce drafts that match the user’s voice, and present those drafts within Gmail for quick sending. It emphasizes that drafts can be reviewed and edited before sending and that the training happens locally for privacy.

It also clarifies that emails used to train the Knowledge Base are not exposed to general AI models and that users retain access to their own private AI model. It highlights the ability to remove the tool and revert Gmail to its normal state if desired.
