About Dash

Dash is an AI teammate that works inside Slack and Microsoft Teams channels for small and midsize businesses with no IT team, built by Process Street. It is aimed at founders, operations, marketing, customer success and agency staff, roughly 5 to 100 people, who run their business in chat rather than through specialized software.

A user @mentions or messages Dash in a channel, and Dash reads across connected systems such as the CRM, inbox or spreadsheets to post one answer in the thread. It connects to more than 3,000 tools through one-click OAuth, and when a tool has no direct connection, it can use a browser the way a person would. Reads run automatically by default, while routine writes, like sending an email, wait for approval, and irreversible actions stay off until someone turns them on.

Dash can research a company from the open web and return a one-pager with every claim linked to a source, draft documents and reports pulled from the systems that hold the numbers, and triage a shared inbox or support queue before drafting replies for approval. It can be taught a recurring job once so any team member can run it afterward, scheduled to post updates such as a weekly digest, and used as an MCP server so other AI tools can call its connected skills.

Dash is priced on usage: a Free plan starts at $0 with $100 in credits and no feature locks, a Team plan costs $50 a month for 20,000 credits with no per-seat fees, and an Enterprise plan has a custom credit pool with SSO, SCIM and custom data controls. It runs in Slack, Microsoft Teams and on the web, is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, and unused credits roll over month to month.

No, data is workspace-isolated and never used to train models.
