About BulkPublish

BulkPublish is a social media scheduler and publisher built for people and AI assistants. A user writes a post once and publishes or schedules it to every connected account across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Discord, Telegram, Tumblr and Snapchat. It is made for social media managers, agencies with many clients, small teams and developers who automate content.

A user composes a post once in a single editor, then customizes the wording, media or options per network before publishing or scheduling it across every chosen channel at once. Each version is checked against that network's own character limit before the post is queued, and a preview shows exactly how it will render on each platform.

BulkPublish supports bulk creation from a CSV or batch composer, a visual content calendar, repeat posts, RSS-to-post automation, and an AI caption assistant that drafts or reworks wording. A hosted MCP server lets agents such as Claude and ChatGPT draft, queue, publish and read analytics directly, and a documented REST API with Node.js and Python SDKs covers everything the app itself can do.

BulkPublish offers a Free plan at $0 with 3 channels and 50 AI captions a month, a Pro plan at $13.99 a month with 30 channels and 300 AI captions, and a Business plan at $39.99 a month with 75 channels and 1,000 AI captions. API access is included on every plan, including Free, and X posts beyond an included monthly allowance use separate pay-as-you-go credits.

Frequently asked questions

Does writing a different caption per network create a second post?
No, it stays one post in the queue and on the calendar, going to every channel picked, just with different wording per network.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not ask for a card.
Can an AI assistant do this for me?
Yes, the hosted MCP server lets an assistant draft, schedule, publish and read analytics over OAuth, with nothing to install and no key to paste.
Is there a maximum batch size?
There is no separate batch cap; the limit is the plan's posts per day and per month.
What happens if one post in a batch is invalid?
Only that post is rejected, with the reason; the rest of the batch is still created.
