BrandReply

BrandReply is a platform that tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini talk about a brand and helps the brand get into the conversations those models cite. It is built for marketing teams and agencies who want to know whether their brand appears when buyers ask AI assistants for recommendations, instead of only tracking Google search rankings.

A user adds their brand and the buyer questions that matter, or lets BrandReply suggest prompts from their category. BrandReply queries ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok every day, the same way a buyer would ask, then records whether the brand appears, at what position, and with what sentiment, building a visibility score over time.

BrandReply tracks prompts, visibility scores, rank and sentiment per model, and records every source an answer cites. A Placement Engine finds discussions on Reddit, Quora and blogs likely to be cited, drafts or accepts a reply, and publishes it through established community accounts. Competitor tracking, Slack and email alerts, and visibility history are included on every plan.

BrandReply runs as a web dashboard with no software to install. Plans are Starter at $50 a month, Growth at $150 a month, and Enterprise from $499 a month, each tracking a different number of brands, prompts and AI models. The Starter plan tracks 1 brand and 2 team members, Growth tracks 3 brands with unlimited team members, and Enterprise tracks 10 brands with all 7 AI models.
