About AppyQ

AppyQ is a delivery platform for paid training programs that turns course content into a branded, mobile-first learner portal. It is aimed at cohort and bootcamp owners, coaches, language programs and small training teams. Its first focus is paid programs of roughly 10 to 100 active learners, where controlled access, a steady delivery rhythm and personal follow-up shape the relationship between the creator and the learners.

The AppyQ homepage works as an app generator. A creator describes the offer, can add a PDF, video or URL or choose a template, and AppyQ generates a preview with home, content and pay screens before any account is created. The first draft uses the description, file name or URL as clues to its structure, and the creator adds the full source content after saving. Files selected for the preview stay on the creator's device.

Inside the AppyQ workspace, creators organize sections of text, video, PDF or linked lessons, release them immediately or by day, and enroll learners with an access window that can be paused, completed or expired. The workspace shows lesson and program progress, completion and last-active signals, and an at-risk learner inbox lists people whose progress has stalled. Welcome, inactivity, completion and expiry rules can be prepared, but this release does not send them automatically.

AppyQ has a free delivery preview with 1 published program and up to 5 active learners, plus three paid plans: Launch at $41 a month, Growth at $99 a month and Scale at $208 a month, with annual billing saving two months. Eligible new accounts may receive one 14-day trial. Learners add the AppyQ web app to a supported device; self-serve plans do not include a custom domain, a per-brand app icon or native App Store and Google Play listings.

Can an existing course or cohort be moved into AppyQ?
Yes. The creator builds the program structure, adds text plus HTTPS video or PDF links behind learner sign-in, and enrolls current learners. Migration is manual.
How is learner access controlled in AppyQ?
Each learner has an enrollment for a specific program that can be activated, paused, completed or cancelled, with an expiry and day-based section releases.
Does AppyQ send reminders automatically?
Not yet. Welcome, inactivity, completion and expiry rules and templates can be stored, but this release does not dispatch them.
Can learners pay inside AppyQ?
