ApplyBlast is a job application service that uses AI to find matching jobs, tailor each application and submit it on the candidate's behalf. It is built for job seekers, including people who are currently unemployed, who want to apply to the right roles quickly rather than fill in the same forms by hand. It also tracks every application and helps with interview preparation.

A candidate uploads a resume and sets preferences such as role, salary floor, location, seniority and dealbreakers. ApplyBlast hard-filters every job against those criteria before it considers applying, then adjusts the wording and keyword emphasis of the resume to match each job description so it passes ATS filters. Applications can be approved one by one or left to auto-apply, and interview invitations typically start arriving 7 to 14 days after setup.

ApplyBlast scans company hiring systems directly to find listings before they appear on LinkedIn, and auto-applies to high-match jobs the moment they are posted. Each application comes with a tailored resume, cover letter and answers written in the candidate's own voice. Every job applied to lands in a tracker that updates its status as responses come in and nudges the candidate when it is time to follow up. An AI interview prep feature covers preparation.

ApplyBlast runs as a web service with a dashboard, a resume and cover letter setup area and a help center. It is sold as a subscription, and the candidate gets their money back if no interview is landed within 30 days. The service reports more than 49,600 users and over 800,000 roles applied to, with a job index of 19,612,000 or more listings and 52,000 or more new jobs listed in a day.
