Anyway is a payments and billing service for developers that acts as Merchant of Record on every sale. A seller publishes a product and gets a single hosted payment link that works worldwide, while Anyway calculates, collects and files sales tax, VAT and GST where the buyers are and issues a compliant invoice on each order. The same link serves a human buyer or an AI agent shopping on a user's behalf.
A seller creates a product in the Business app with a name, description, price and pricing model, and Anyway returns a public payment link. The seller selects and configures a payment method, shares the returned link with the customer, and paid Card / USD orders are recorded in Finance as net earnings after the Anyway fee. After business verification and approval, the seller adds a payout account and requests a payout from the available USD balance.
Billing covers one-time payments and weekly, monthly or annual subscriptions, with invoices, receipts and renewals handled automatically. Everything belongs to an organization, so a team can be invited with a role for each person. A separate Agents view holds SuperAPI, an organization funding view, agent wallets, policies and wallet activity, so merchant revenue is kept apart from agent spending. An SDK sends telemetry, a CLI shows traces, and an API reference and changelog are published.
Anyway has one plan priced per transaction at 3.9% + $0.50, with no monthly or setup fee; the complete Merchant of Record service, global tax and compliance, billing and subscriptions and agent-ready checkout are all included. Payouts arrive net of tax and Anyway fees. Card / USD payments require completing business verification with business and representative details. Anyway has raised investment from Sky9 Capital to build payment infrastructure for AI agents.
