About Amfine
Amfine is a stress and mood tracking app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It reads physiological data recorded by the Apple Watch, such as heart rate, heart rate variability, activity levels and sleep patterns, and uses that data to assess the user's mental and physical state. It is aimed at people who feel overwhelmed at work, anxious while studying or discouraged by their physical health and want a daily picture of their emotional stress.
Amfine applies AI to the physiological signals collected by the watch and turns them into a daily emotional stress report. Each report shows moments of joy, anxiety and relaxation through charts and trend analyses, along with the factors that affected mood that day. When the data indicates stress, Amfine suggests a relaxation moment, such as a short pause to notice the surroundings, as a way of managing the emotion.
Beyond the reports, Amfine acts as a personal emotional advisor: its AI gives life advice based on the user's physiological data. An emotional diary records feelings, happy or down, so the user can look back on them. Stress statuses can be shared with friends inside the app so that people can support each other. Expression themes, including pumpkin, snowman and animal companions, sync between iPhone and Apple Watch, and watch face complications display the chosen theme.
Amfine is free to download with in-app purchases. An Amfine Pro membership adds weekly overviews, historical physiological data and stress and depression tests. Prices are $2.99 for one month, $7.99 for 3 months, $29.99 for 12 months and $59.99 for lifetime access, with a free trial and auto-renewal that can be cancelled 24 hours before a period ends. The app requires iOS 16.0 or watchOS 10.0 and is available in English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Chinese.
