Actavivo

Actavivo is a team communication app for managing a sports team, club, class, community or organization from an iPhone. Its users include coaches, captains, players, parents, students, colleges and grandparents, and no particular skills are needed. Group communication is AI-moderated, and Actavivo is built so that coaches, hosts, captains, players and parents can exchange information without unnecessary texts, emails or phone calls.

A member creates a team, class, club or group and invites peers in a few clicks. With a single tap the group can share text messages, emojis, photos, videos, documents and locations, and members react to posts with one of ten reaction options or leave comments. Anyone can create ad-hoc or recurring events, attach directions, venue, timing and links, and players, staff or volunteers update their availability so the RSVP reaches the host.

Huddles give a workgroup, event-planning team or class project a dedicated space for files, updates and notifications. Coaches post instant updates such as live strategies or tips during a game. Family coordination lets a parent add a child or dependent, follow their activities and receive real-time updates; parents are auto-added to the child's groups and can view the app from the child's perspective. Credits bought in the app unlock on-demand premium features such as auto-translation.

Actavivo is free to download and its core team management and communication features cost nothing. Every user gets 500MB of free storage; monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions add capacity, from 50 GB at ₹ 299 a month to 1 TB at ₹ 1,299 a month, with yearly plans for 50 GB and 100 GB. Credit packs start at ₹ 399. The app is for iPhone, requires iOS 15.0 or later and integrates with email and calendar tools.
